THE SPRING LAMBS ARE ARRIVING! Come and join fiber artist Rose Ann Hunter to make a knitted sheep mat, which if done larger becomes a rug, and as a bonus we will make a little beaded wool sheep ornament which became the design for the larger flock. In this workshop, you will learn a technique from the early 1800’s, where you will stand up your knitting on edge and sew it with a five inch needle to make your own ewenique piece. This workshop will cover three versions of this easy process. A great beginners project, only basic stitches are used. We will make two small pieces in class and start on the third. Supplies: Yarns may be purchased at the shop. A five inch sewing needle, threads and a little wool fabric to work with on your project is included in the workshop fee. WORKSHOP 1 pm to 4 pm $45.00
